On August 10, 2012, London, England, witnessed a grand celebration of Jamaica’s 50th anniversary at the O2 in North Greenwich, South London. The event coincided with the Olympics and featured performances by some of Jamaica’s most renowned artists, including Bob Andy, The Abyssinians, Jah 9, John Holt, Dennis Alcapone, Mighty Diamond, Jimmy Cliff, and U Roy.
