In front of a packed crowd at the London Grand Prix, Usain Bolt dominated the 100 meters, clocking in at 9.91 seconds despite a strong headwind. Unfazed by recent doping scandals involving his compatriots, Bolt showcased his exceptional talent and focus. Running at what he described as 85 percent of his full capability, Bolt expressed satisfaction with his performance. I anticipated the headwind, so the time wasn't a major concern. My primary focus was on perfecting the first 50 meters and improving my start. I achieved that, and I'm pleased. I've got two to three weeks of solid training ahead before Berlin, where Ill be at 100 percent. /p
